The waiting room is very unpleasant. I was treated to the smell of the vacuum cleaner (kicked up) dust and the sound of the mop bucket squeegee. Yes they wet mopped the floor with people in the room. Very unprofessional. I left the room to complain but nothing was done. I think I can find a more comfortable service center to get an oil change at. I certainly don't need to pay dealership prices when they have so little respect for people trying to work and or read a book. More
