Repair took one month and one day. Service Advisor never took initiative to inform me and never returned voice mails on his direct line. After three weeks, contacted Service Manager Service Advisor never took initiative to inform me and never returned voice mails on his direct line. After three weeks, contacted Service Manager, who did not return call for week, until I requested a meeting with the General Manager. About a week after getting car back,Tire Pressure Monitoring System, one of the repair items, not working again. Worst dealer ever. More

This dealership has been owned by my count 3-4 different corporate entities and it feels like the Ellis group has gotten this thing turned around. From a dealership perspective this is a horrible piece of corporate entities and it feels like the Ellis group has gotten this thing turned around.
