Poor communication and customer service. Dropped the car Thursday assuming the work is warranty on starter and was told it would be three days for diagnostics. It is impossible to get a person on the phone when you call them. The following Wednesday still no word. I texted, emailed, called left voicemails and finally got a text message on Thursday telling me that it was in diagnostics and tracking for an update later that day or Friday. Friday got a text that it was more than the starter, and that they had no loaners but I could rent a car once the work was authorized by kia and get reimbursed . I am hoping at the point ( over a week later and a full day in diagnostics they found the problem and thinking it must be something bigger than the starter. Monday, I get a diagnostic report video telling me that it was the battery but with no verification than anything else that I asked be tested, was done such as the starter and the alternator. Phil assured me that I would get documentation that the starter the alternator and other components of that system were good, but I have yet to receive anything. I have zero confidence that my concerns were addressed. I don’t think it should take over three days to diagnose a dead battery. It off when I got to the dealership to pick up the car they couldn’t find the paperwork and the key was on some other service person‘s desk and the price on the invoice was $100 higher than what I was quoted over the phone. Kris was kind enough to honor the phone quote. The only bright part of this ordeal. This experiences par for the course with the reviews that I saw for any warranty work performed by the dealership’s service department. Save yourself a hassle and take your car anywhere else but this place! More

Chris in services was the only positive thing about this experience and was the only proactive and helpful person I’ve ever worked with at a KIA dealership. I was told when sold this car lease my 1st oil ch experience and was the only proactive and helpful person I’ve ever worked with at a KIA dealership. I was told when sold this car lease my 1st oil change was free however the sales person conveniently didn’t physically write this in the lease when selling me the car. Although he said it over and over and over. I only found this out after waiting for the sales people to come in Saturday morning to ask them. To which the salesman told me it’s not in the paperwork and the guy who sold you the car isn’t with us. Mind you the sales person who was attempting to explain this to me was still eating and had an AirPod in. I was really at a loss of words for the unprofessionalism. Not to mention at ANY other dealership in this situation the salesman would’ve at least given me the oil change for free for the dishonesty on YOUR end. Not to mention another salesman saying I should just buy a new car instead of waiting because it’d be faster not once but twice. Needless to say I won’t be buying a KIA again or recommending it anyone else. More
