Dropped car off with appointment for not a complex one part warranty repair and left it. It was not touched or repaired in 12 days nor was part order. Took to other dealership and was repaired in 3 days a More

They held my car captive for over a week, didn't return my calls, likely allowed rats to nest in the engine compartment, and wanted to charge $500+ to clean my fuel system (the car has been running fine). More
