I would like to say that Camille was very helpful and it was a pleasure working with her. This was my first time at this dealership and I had an appointment for 10:00am I walked in 10 minutes ahead of sched was a pleasure working with her. This was my first time at this dealership and I had an appointment for 10:00am I walked in 10 minutes ahead of schedule and stood there while all of the other staff did not acknowledge me or even greet me. The men were sitting at their desk and another two ladies were there one on the phone the whole time and the other working with someone who walked in after me! Camille helped three people with check in and the others did NOTHING ! They didn’t even acknowledge the customers coming in the building. This area needs some customer service training and Camille needs to be acknowledged for her ability to out performing the whole service department that day! More
We bought our car at Jim Ellis and paid extra for an extended warranty package that includes nearly all sched maint. And yet EVERY time we bring it in for service, your service writers have absolutely n extended warranty package that includes nearly all sched maint. And yet EVERY time we bring it in for service, your service writers have absolutely no indication of the service warranty we paid for. Each time we have to track down a sales closer to verify that we pay nothing for an oil change and brake & tire rotation/inspection. NOT what I feel is satisfactory service; "left hand - right hand" & so on. When are you all going to figure it out??? More

Got my 2015 Kia sodona tow back from delership to my home with missing part on th engine and front of the bumber was damage . Try to call them and left many messages. Call Kia Headquarters they told me they extended the warranty to 150.000 miles or 10 years . the problem on my kia as i spoke to many machanics at that dealerahip and also headquarters told me that that problem for engine to ceased could had been because of the oil consumpytion gauge. this is what they tool me. they told me to bring it in and after i did not only they will not fix it but i get back the van with missing parts and bumper was damage. as far as i concern not fpor others i would not but an other Kia or tell any body to buy one until that get the problems of these engine fix. Kia Head depart at HQ know about this and are making very hard on costmer like my self to get the problem resolve. Several problems with the engines not only the Kia Sodana but the Sorrento also. Its all over Google and thw web. Kia does not want to take the responsibility for it. Check it out for yourself on the Web site before you get yourself into this same situation after you spend a lot of $$$$$$. More
