This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. The whole dealership has a laid back vibe so I never felt pressure or anxiety to buy something immediately. Jack Stricklin is amazing. He was never pushy and I never felt like I was wasting his time. The finance department was amazing. Mike was very nice and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions. During my visit I also met the service manager & I look forward to bringing my car in for maintenance. Walked in to get my car serviced and no one acknowledged me. I made eye contact with four people and no one said anything. It was very frustrating. Service advisor was fine. It was cost to replace low beams for $350 labor only! I found a shop that did it for $86 and they didn't have to remove bumper! Told several times by dealer it was not cracked when I went for oil changes. Finally after a year, they said it was cracked and replaced. However they couldn't have tested it, as I got vehicle back and drove about a mile, I tried to use the washer and nothing came out. When I got home, there was no washer fluid in reservoir. When I filled with washer fluid, still had a leak. When brought back, they said it was the washer fluid motor hose leaking. Why did they not see this before!! Had to replace motor, very expensive. I feel I was taken advantage of and will not return to this dealer, nor buy another KIA. More
