A canned answer that does NOT address the complaint. "We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the miscommunication regarding the duration your car would need to be left at our dealership. " Calling it miscommunication is not even close to defining this. And I stated VERY CLEARLY I WILL NEVER use a Jim Ellis dealership again!
