The customer service rep. I was dealing with was not very knowledgeable about my questions. Their internet went out after I was sitting for two hours and he never came to info I was dealing with was not very knowledgeable about my questions. Their internet went out after I was sitting for two hours and he never came to inform me…at the 2 1/2 hour mark I asked him what was going on…that was when I was told about the situation, and would have to pay cash to get my car back. I left cash without a receipt and no service report. Latter in the day I got an email with the report and a notice that I had money owed me for overpayment. I called and said I couldn’t get there till Friday, was told the money would be waiting for me at the cashier…when I arrived nobody knew what I was talking about…it was finally resolved, but no one seemed concerned or in any hurry to help me…I think your customer service is very lacking and I will think twice before ret More

Service was not very helpful in get my car looked at for a potential mechanical problem. My car is under warranty and I was told that they didn't have technicians to look at or repair my car.
