Well, The company will be hearing from this retired Marine. After being told to leave the premises because the GM was standing behind "his people" Sam the manager, over Diane said he saw my rack and could assure me that the rack was bad. X-ray eyes I guess. Just refund my $$ and ill give you the old rack, it is like new, maybe someone will just take your word you know what you're doing. Kia of Kennesaw NEVER AGAIN
