We like to use the same service person each time we take my car in for service, and the minute we walk in, Diana is greeting us with a smile and ready to take care of our needs. Sitting here at Kia of Chattanooga because this dealership didn’t give us 2 key fobs and now after waiting to get it mailed to us having to pay this Kia $75.
