From my first contact with Arianna and getting the quote over the phone, talking with Jeff about cost, finalizing the paperwork with Chris, and doing the mannequin challenge with Jon was an excellent experience. I believe we spent about an hour from start to finish, which is amazingly fast. My wife and I have purchased 4 Kia's and the was by far and away the best experience we ever had. Two days prior I spent 2 hours at Kia of Auburn where they tried to pull the wool over my eyes and charge me about $2100 more for the same car, after they told me I was a VIP customer and they would take care of me. They lost my trust, which is why I drove about an hour and forty five minutes to Cobb County Kia. Again, I want to thank you for the great job you did. I truly appreciate your efforts.
