Andrew Lucci, the sales rep, took a real interest in what my needs were and began to immediately search for a vehicle that would meet my interests. He was able to do that with the first car he showed me. I didn't have to look at vehicles that I would not have an interest in. Once the car was selected, he went to work on getting the price and rates that I set - and he met those on the first round of talks. Over the years I have found this dealership to avoid the price games and the up-sizing tactics so many others use. They listen to what you say and work within your parameters. A very friendly place to car shop I went to Cobb Kia 2/13/16 at 6:20. I was waited on by Alex. He was very nice and helpful. Cobb County Kia, a great car buying experience! I went into the dealership just to look at some cars we had found online. I had already been to 2 other local dealers and left without a car, due to I went into the dealership just to look at some cars we had found online. I had already been to 2 other local dealers and left without a car, due to the "non"-customer service. Alex Williams was quick to greet me and immediately searched for the vehicles I had seen online. After test driving those and shopping their lot, I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima that my daughter fell in love with! The total purchase time was less than 2 hours! The customer service Alex provided was excellent, no pressure sales and educated us on the safety of the Kia brand. The finance process went really great, Chris Turner processed our paperwork quickly and explained everything thoroughly! I am grateful that we did go in on a whim and left with exactly what she wanted! We will be repeat customers! More
