Pre own certified nightmare Purchased what was suppose to be a certified pre own. No way this car was inspected. So far the used car manager hasn't called as well. Be careful before purchasing a used certified vehicle. Have it checked out by someone else first. More

once the papers are signed, forget about customer service I've purchased 3 cars from them and the customer service is getting worse. From advisors that didn't listen and said some rude things, to them forgetting to rotate my tires or detail my car (which were the specific reasons I was there). More
