Eric Bell was the salesperson who helped me with my vehicle purchase. He was very personable. Actually, everyone at the dealership was very personable and respectful of my time. Tonight I purchased my first "new car" and it was a wonderful experience. OUTSTANDING!!! I received a call from Jason Courie, stating that I had just filled out an online application and was approved for financing. From my past experiences, I had always received calls about stating that I had just filled out an online application and was approved for financing. From my past experiences, I had always received calls about coming in; "we have your approval", only to be let down. Well, this definitely wasn't the case at Cobb County KIA!!! I took a drive out to the dealership a night before, hoping not to see any salespeople, to see what the dealership was like. Instantly, I was "hounded" by various salesmen outside the dealership for a sale. I expressed to them, that I was here to speak with Jason. It was after hours and the dealership should have been closing. Once Jason was finished with his other customers, he took time out to stay later. He and I walked the lot. I briefly expressed to him my financing, credit situations and that I really needed to be financed. I advised him, I would return on Friday, even after we had a scheduled appointment for Saturday. Walked into the dealership on Friday afternoon, and purchased a vehicle a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban LT (loaded). The general manager Andre Young and Jason, spoke about me and finally came to a conclusion, that I would be able to purchase a vehicle from their dealership, when others had denied me! What an experience!!! Happy to be driving once again, in something I wanted, instead of the dealership pushing a car, they had to move....
