Swift, courteous, and no pressure I was sent to KIA on a recall notice regarding my sedona. I would typically avoid dealership service departments because past experiences have been n I was sent to KIA on a recall notice regarding my sedona. I would typically avoid dealership service departments because past experiences have been not so pleasant. Usually the visit to the service department took HOURS and came out spending 5x's the amount I expected to spend on things I had no idea was wrong with my vehicle. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE at KIA. They greeted me immediately and had many folks trying to help me. I had my recall issue addressed, fixed, and out in 2.5 hours...AMAZING!! More

He got me my car and walked me to my car. What a great employee you have you really care about the customer and a great team player to help of coworker, instead of having me wait.
