unbelievable care & concern Went in for my usual oil change. Found out my oil pan needed to be replaced due to some "screws", I believe, that were stripped and causing the oil t Went in for my usual oil change. Found out my oil pan needed to be replaced due to some "screws", I believe, that were stripped and causing the oil to leak out. Upon hearing this and the additional cost and down time, I got visibly upset. I must include this fact. I had just returned home 2 weeks prior to this time, after having my transmission replaced(under warranty) while driving in N.Y. and lost 12 days of hotel costs and food while waiting for my transmission to be replaced. What started out to be a 7 day trip turned into an additional 2, unplanned weeks away from home. SO, finally settling back home and trying to get back into a regular routine and then getting this news was completely upsetting. After hearing my story and seeing how upset I was, Jim Ellis Kia couldn't have been more helpful. The General Manager, Terrence Liddell, was advised of my situation by the Service Advisor, Jason Dale. Mr. Liddell offered to cover the entire expense of the oil pan replacement as well as giving me a brand new 2019 Sorento loaner. I was visibly in tears. I truly couldn't believe how generous and kind these managers were and are. I HIGHLY recommend Jim Ellis Kia . More

Excellent Service from the entire team I needed a new car as my transmission failed on my prior truck. We had previously purchased a car from Alex at this dealership so I wanted to give the I needed a new car as my transmission failed on my prior truck. We had previously purchased a car from Alex at this dealership so I wanted to give them a chance to earn my business again. Jimmy helped me with a test drive and sold me on the 2018 Kia Optima. He and Alex ultimately made me comfortable enough to move forward with the purchase. Both Kevin and Mike were a tremendous help as well. They helped tow my truck from my mechanic to the Kia dealership for a trade in and worked with my finances to get me a monthly rate that worked. I'm very satisfied with the experience and the car. The showroom is clean, quiet and welcoming. I now have two Kias and anticipate more in the future. Job well done! More
