They quickly addressed all of our concerns and had a can-do positive attitude. It was an easy decision to sign the paperwork, buying a 2012 Kia Soul. It's also obvious to my husband and I that we will continue to use this dealership for service and happily refer friends. My 2011 Optima is 3 months old and has been returned for service 5 times for the same problem. It is now broken for the 6 time Chris the service manager is absolutly no help and Ryan the service advisor tel service 5 times for the same problem.
