Jim Ellis Kia far exceeded our expectations as we shopped for a vehicle for my bride. We had never owned or even drove a Telluride until the week before we purchased. Jack was very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in answering our questions about the car and for identifying and having a vehicle which met our criteria from another dealership. Bryson explained finance and warranty options to help us make informed decisions in those areas! At no time did we feel rushed or pressured during the process.
