I brought my kea on 7-26-24 for a new battery that I paid over $200 for. In less than 2 months the battery was dead again! I towed it again and they kept it for 4 days to tell me the battery needed a charge. over $200 for. In less than 2 months the battery was dead again! I towed it again and they kept it for 4 days to tell me the battery needed a charge. Here we are a week later and the battery is dead again!!! I cranked it every other day like he said. This is the worst experience I have ever had! Now, my car will not start again!! I will NEVER suggest Kea of Kennesaw to ANYONE!!! More

Well the service person was nice but… the whole process here is absurd. Wait for an appointment; pay $230 to have a tech look at your car; leave the car ( with no loaner) for 5 days and then they will tell here is absurd. I have never heard of anything like this ever. How do they sell any cars? Anyway, I hate to be negative but this is the reality of it and I hate it. More
