They did not make all of the repairs even though when we made the appt we had the other repair as well. Tgeh said it would be 1-3 days for the recall and 3-5 days to look at the other. While I am glad the did it, they should have told us. For days I thought I was going crazy and was googling how to turn this off and trying to fix it until I finally found something about Kia’s “ rolling away” and had an aha moment and called the dealer to ask if they did something and was told they did. I got bad experience at Kia service store. I was told to pay about $720 to change brakes but needed to wait several days to get parts. I couldn’t accept such high new price and then had to go to Tire Stone to fix and I just paid $1300 which is half price of your store. But the problem is I have wasted several days.
