Worst service ever! Service Department is a no service department! Service ticket never reflected the issue the car was brought in for. Told recalls were addressed -the Service Department is a no service department! Service ticket never reflected the issue the car was brought in for. Told recalls were addressed -they werent! Never addressed the complaint -failure to follow up-failure to address concern-service ticket was wrong-not corrected. Set in their service department for months while begging them to address the concerns. Went to have car towed to another dealer and spent 90 minutes waiting for them to find the car and keys!! Then to be told it was waiting for impound to pick as it was abandoned !!!! I have call records and notes this waa never abandoned by me!!!! NEVER EVER USE THIS DEALER!!!!! I HAVE THE RECORDS TO SUPPORT THIS CLAIM!!! More

I paired for an oil change and tire rotation, didn’t get the rotation to begin with. I knew because I had a cap missing, they switched the cap from the front tire to the back and told me they had rated the the rotation to begin with.
