I was the one reaching out after I was told I would be contacted the next day and the next day. Car needed one hour of work. My car was diagnosis for oil valve and a timing belt issued. They fix the oil valve and check engine light came back on soon as I got home. Now I have to be re-diagnosis for a problem they already know and have an even longer wait for a problem they could’ve solved at one time and be without a car for more than a week. Poor service, poor communication. More

The people are very polite and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visits at the dealership.
