Car was dropped off for service. No contact with Norris for 24 days. I left numerous (more than 10 VM) but no return ph calls. Went back to srvc dept 11/07/23 in person & told still No contact with Norris for 24 days. I left numerous (more than 10 VM) but no return ph calls. Went back to srvc dept 11/07/23 in person & told still working on car. Instructed that I wanted the keys & was leaving. Norris told me he would 'have the car brot around in 5 minutes.' I told Norris I would be back in 2 days to retrieve the car since I didn't have a driver for it. The NEXT DAY 11/08/23 there is an RO texted to me with the NEXT DAY DATE 11/08/23 with all the estimates. Told Norris I didn't authorize work after 11/07/23 but he insisted he would put car back together as it had been taken apart for weeks & I would be charged srvc & diagnostic fee. If taken apart before 11/07/23, how was he going to have it pulled around in 5 minutes? I refused to pay for work done AFTER I said I wanted the car back & certainly not after 25 days with no returned ph calls. Norris said I could contact Srvc Mgr. Called Srvc Mgr next day 11/09/25 & left VM. 30 minutes later, Norris texts me & says SRVC MGR agreed to waive fees. Really suspicious since RO said work done on 11/08/23. It seems like this was an attempt to extract money from me for poor service. More
When i arrived, my advisor Phil was very helpful. He explained to me that would a wait which i appreciated. It had been raining all day. The tech who worked on my vehicle sent me a very detailed video of what needed to be done and when i would need other things done. Phil also went over those details too. All and all the best service experience i have had in a long time. More

My customer service rep was not helpful and was rude. It was clear he does not like his job and would prefer to not be there. He was not very knowledgeable and struggled with answering questions. This makes us consider going to a different dealership for service even though we hate to because we drive just to get service where we purchased. It is clear that the personality people are put in sales to wrap you in and then you deal with people like this after the fact. More
