Amen, car kept for over a month had rims, tires, brakes shoes rotors cut front and rear!!! When car was released and work done and payed for, car was released to me with warning lights I refused to except shoes rotors cut front and rear!!! When car was released and work done and payed for, car was released to me with warning lights I refused to except given back to your representative told that their was a Him and sensor issue that wasn't the case when brought in for your service!!! Payed $4400.00 plus on credit card!!! Told that the Hub and sensor is another possible $1400.00. Applied and received your loan to pay for second works!!! I was told my Kia would be ready at Noon, received text that Kia is not ready it's now 2:30!!! More

Disappointing experience with the service department. My ride left leaving me stranded at the dealer while they tried various things to fix it. I asked to leave and they said a service advisor needed to get my info first. My advisor was nowhere to be found and the ones that were around pretended to be busy. Avoid Kia but if you must, go to Kia Woodstock instead of this clown show. More

I was a little frustrated because I wanted them to look at my sunroof because my car is only 2 years old and the sunroof does not close properly and I told them about it in the last visit and they didn't l at my sunroof because my car is only 2 years old and the sunroof does not close properly and I told them about it in the last visit and they didn't look at it then and we said we'd look at it this time so I reminded them when I booked the appointment and it took a few days to get an appointment and I came in and they were not able to look at it and only gave me an oil change. I can get an oil change down the street without an appointment and in and out in just a few minutes so waiting for days to drive all the way into Kennesaw for an oil change was not what I had in mind. They did not have a technician available to look at the sunroof. So many cars these days have sunroofs and other electronics that there should not be any day where there's not an electronic technician there. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and happy to help. More
