Dissatisfied. Sold me a 2018 Chevrolet that has stopped repeatedly. Needs battery. Refused to find the matter with the lemon because it could not be duplicated. Poor communication! Had my car for over two weeks. I’ll be diagnosed in a week. Never properly communicated with me about steps or timeline after that. I was the one rea Had my car for over two weeks. I’ll be diagnosed in a week. Never properly communicated with me about steps or timeline after that. I was the one reaching out after I was told I would be contacted the next day and the next day. Car needed one hour of work. My car was diagnosis for oil valve and a timing belt issued. They fix the oil valve and check engine light came back on soon as I got home. Now I have to be re-diagnosis for a problem they already know and have an even longer wait for a problem they could’ve solved at one time and be without a car for more than a week. Poor service, poor communication. More
