Other than regular maintenance, the only thing I wanted them to look at was the driver's switch to lower a back window. I had to leave the car, it would wait in line for 3 days, then they would look at it. I've never heard of such a thing, but frankly, that is stupid. The other maintenance was overpriced. More

As it turned out, I got the problem diagnosed and repaired without KIA by 5:30 that afternoon. Unacceptable! More
