I would give them a five but only giving them a Four because I made an appointment to have my recall done on my Kia. I made the week for 1 week out. It would have been nice if the lady who made the appo because I made an appointment to have my recall done on my Kia. I made the week for 1 week out. It would have been nice if the lady who made the appointment would have advised me that they had to look at the vehicle and then order the part for the recall. I don’t like having to get up and go to the dealership twice for a recall. Either tell me u have to order the part and how long it will take to get the part in and then schedule the appointment.
