The customer service was unacceptable. They had my car almost 3 months and never received a phone call after leaving numerous messages. I had an appointment was told they can’t look at it They had my car almost 3 months and never received a phone call after leaving numerous messages. I had an appointment was told they can’t look at it because they had other cars that were easier to get done and they didn’t have an answer for 4 weeks. Then they said it was my hybrid battery and the part is on back order it could take 2 weeks up to 9 months to get the part. Then 3 days after telling me I need a hybrid battery I get a call that my car is ready. The advisor tells me over the phone they did a system update and the issue was my battery needed to be charged but how can it be a battery discharge when I charge my car every night. Not only was the communication and customer service unacceptable, the explanation of the repairs is still unclear to me. I was first told I needed a hybrid battery and then was told it needed to be charged and no one has explained to me the cause to my concern. The reason for me bringing my car was the information screen said check hybrid system. I couldn’t charge my car with the home charging kit. How does charging the battery fix the issue??? More
