Service rep was amazing - however, simple oil change and tire rotation took 2 hr and they didn’t even put air in the tires to recommended level - disappointed enough that for 150$ I can go to a NTB, pay 1/3 tire rotation took 2 hr and they didn’t even put air in the tires to recommended level - disappointed enough that for 150$ I can go to a NTB, pay 1/3 less and get just as good a job in 30 mins … and the free wash?? Was just a spray down to remove loose dirt More

They did not seem to want to figure out what was wrong with my car. After it was “fixed” it was still broken and I got tired of dealing with them.
