I called for a diagnostic appointment at Jim Ellis KIA. The Service scheduler offered me an appt three WEEKS later. As it turned out, I got the problem diagnosed and repaired without KIA by 5:30 that afternoon. Unacceptable! More
Other than regular maintenance, the only thing I wanted them to look at was the driver's switch to lower a back window. I had to leave the car, it would wait in line for 3 days, then they would look at it. I've never heard of such a thing, but frankly, that is stupid. The other maintenance was overpriced. More
Poor communication after my second visit now for the same service. Drove half an hour and waited for 2 hours only to be told that they didn't have the part that I was coming in to have replaced. Waste of my time only to be told what they had communicated the previous visit and the only resolution is to schedule a follow up visit for when the part comes in.
