Norris was extremely rude and not helpful. On arrival, he recommended that I get new tires, I responded not at this time. He started but I recommend new tires. I stated I just wanted an oil change, tire rotation, windshield wiper fluid and air to the back left tire. The technician working on my truck sent me a video of what was needed. Norris still did not come to discuss this with me. I went to him. I told him I wanted to change the Carbon filters as suggested and align the tires as suggested. He then stated that I should wait until I get new tires. After this, I left and told the guy up front I would be be back to pick up my car. On arrival, I tell Norris I am here to pick up, he points to the cashier with his phone and tells me that she will check me out. He then says I’m sure you see your car and the key should be inside (in which it was not). I go to her and ask her what was all completed today, she had to sift through the paperwork as she is only the cashier to tell me. I told her I wanted to use my Sunbit account to check out. She says Norris has to help me with that. I then go back to Norris to let him know I want to use my Sunbit account. He then again, points with his phone at the guy in front of him and told me he would help me out. He was not helpful at all! I was very upset with his customer service. More

I came in 5 minutes before my 9am appointment I had an appointment on a recall for my trunk, there was no one at the service desks. I go back to the front desk the lady goes out and talks to someone and t appointment on a recall for my trunk, there was no one at the service desks. I go back to the front desk the lady goes out and talks to someone and they tell me to bring my car around and that was it. So I go sit down and an hour passes and I go out to check on my car and they say “oh you must be this forte owner we’ve been looking for you” when I’ve been sitting in the waiting room and they didn’t even come and check the waiting room. I don’t get signed in until 10:22 and they tell me it’s going to be another hour. I give them until 1pm and I go out and ask about my car and they tell me they didn’t have the part. I was just a little dissatisfied that I was there for 4 hours and they didn’t tell me they didn’t have the part at all. They were very nice it was just poor service. More
