I have come to this dealership twice. My warranty is never serviced. I called & asked for a manager. No one has refunded my call. I have had a terrible experience. This dealership the worst customer service of any dealership I’ve ever purchased a new vehicle with. Everyone is nice pre-purchase and completely disregard customers after purchase. The service manager provided the worst service of anyone. The general manager had to back up this terrible service. I was lied to about financial reimbursements for over six months. Customers appreciate honesty, and I don’t believe that’s too much to ask. More
