I did reach out to Kia directly, back in may as I was previously advised to do. The service manager was routed into the resolution with the KIA case, the service manager advised back in May, he would handle it and have the reimbursement mailed to me, despite the “confusion”. When I followed up, he lost the paperwork and nothing was being sent. He said once again he’ll handle it immediately and call me later that evening, well he did not. KIA closed the case based on this being handled at the dealership. I’m being pushed back and forth. This is not right. The service manager dropped the ball several times along with his staff.
