This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. My car was suppose to be serviced for about 2 weeks and it was in for 2 months. After I picked up my car I had to bring it pack 4 with a dealership. My car was suppose to be serviced for about 2 weeks and it was in for 2 months. After I picked up my car I had to bring it pack 4 times in 4 days for issues I noticed that they completely ignored. Communication was awful, I have to call 23 times or more a day just to get someone to answer. I left over 20 voicemails over the time my car was being serviced and they were all ignored. They had questions or services that I was asking to have done and when I would come to get my car or have a conversation they had no clue of the existence of the requests. It was a constant game of me asking then and double checking that they did their job. Even beyond the services they did to my car, when I got my car back it was filthy even though they “cleaned it”. There was dust all over the dash because it was sitting for 2 months, smear marks on the glass from where they “wiped it down”, and greasy hand prints all over my interior. This could not have been a worse experience and I just worked to get my vehicle drivable again so I could take it to another dealership. More

Bought a 2015 Corolla from them on Monday (05/01/2023) and everything went fast and smooth. Paid cash for the car and was in and out really fast. Car needed a few thing done on it and they got everything and everything went fast and smooth. Paid cash for the car and was in and out really fast. HOURS spent at the dealership for a simple oil change.No notes entered about a previous issue that now has to be escalated to the manager who I’m yet to hear from. And then I hear that my issue may or may not be resolved at the dealers expense when the dealership caused the issue in the first place?! I’ve been a Jim Ellis customer for 30 years with multiple VWs and Audis. This Kia location DOES NOT live up to the legacy. Diana is ok / friendly but has too much going on and is not focused on the issues at hand. More
