The only pleasant part of this experience was our Lyft driver other than that, we were not pleased with the overall experience of the dealership. First of all, how can you say you’re open until 7:00 but t driver other than that, we were not pleased with the overall experience of the dealership. First of all, how can you say you’re open until 7:00 but there’s no technician there to work on your car? Secondly, Andrew started off with what seemed to be accommodating answers but in reality he wasn’t very truthful. He told my husband and I one thing only to find out it wasn’t true. For example, “I’ll have my technician jump right on and it’ll be an hour or so “ which turned out o be six hours later!!!! We realized that we were being fit into the schedule but if he had just been honest we could have made other transportation arrangements. Waiting those six hours disrupted my entire day and I didn’t appreciate it! My husband spoke with the general manager and told him what happened and come to find out Andrew told him something completely different! And then when he called and said our vehicle was ready, we arrive only to find out that he still needed to send it to the car wash. So in reality, it wasn’t ready!!! We have only had our vehicle for a week and having to go through that experience so early on, does not make us feel good. Hopefully, it’ll be better in the future. More

Worst service I have ever experienced. I will never return. Was told repair would take 1-2 days. Kept my car for 10 days. Never once called to update me. Would not answer the phone when I I will never return. Was told repair would take 1-2 days. Kept my car for 10 days. Never once called to update me. Would not answer the phone when I called to check on car. Left messages that no one returned. Had to finally go to service center on 10th to talk to a prison to find out what was going on with car. Was told they ordered a part and were waiting on it. Asked why they didn’t call to tell me. They said “I don’t know.” I asked them what was wrong with my car. He looked it up and could not tell me. I took my car and left. Went to another service center and car was fixed in one day. Very easy repair that did NOT require a part. Pretty sure they never even looked at my car. More
I don't have kind words at the moment. They messed up my brakes although I'm sure they will correct it.
