Service was not very helpful in get my car looked at for a potential mechanical problem. My car is under warranty and I was told that they didn't have technicians to look at or repair my car. No one followe a potential mechanical problem. My car is under warranty and I was told that they didn't have technicians to look at or repair my car. No one followed up or offered any suggestions to assist me with my issues. This company is entirely too big not to be able to honor it's cars warranties. More

Not happy with the wait time. And probably won't be back. Before performing warranty covered work you should speak with customers to see if they want to wait. I purposely schedule an express oil change according to the website due to my work schedule and unfortunately I had no idea another trailer warranty was being done. Which I feel like this was done already at another Kia Dealership. Train the new service advisor to communicate better next time. Now he was kind and courteous but never explained the trailer hitch warranty was being done until after I asked 2 hours later why is it taking so long. More
