Ultimately, the service at this location is appalling. I did not have any work done because they did not think any additional work or diagnostics were needed (fingers crossed my vehicle is okay) after kee I did not have any work done because they did not think any additional work or diagnostics were needed (fingers crossed my vehicle is okay) after keeping my car in a lot for almost a month to do an hour’s worth of diagnostics. They do not set up any practical expectations and do not communicate unless you continuously call/text them for a response. My car was there almost a month and they did not even begin to look at it for 19-20 days (after calling daily for several days looking for updates). They told me that my car would be looked at in 10 days but did not even call in that 10 day period to tell me it would be extended. I had to call them multiple times. My DRIVEBLE car was scheduled there for a warranty “appointment” that ended up just being a drop off for a period of time, and then it ended up being more than twice as long. The cherry on top was that I had to rent a car at MY OWN expense and they did not expedite the process of looking at my car even though I told them that I was not told or given the expectation that I was dropping my car off. I know they are having a shortage of mechanics but the fact of the matter is, they funnel in more cars to their ever- growing queue without any concern for how this will deteriorate the service. My suggestion would be to go somewhere else or be very clear about any and all expectations, prices, and communication. My experience was very frustrating to say the least and they did not seem at all concerned by my complaints and brushed me off each time. I would never take my car back here and I’m considering selling my Kia all together just so I never have to deal with them again. Having the warranty was meaningless because it was nothing but a stress and financial burden on me. More

Following my 30,000 mile service we had a noisy AC. I came back same day and actually stood in service advisor area and unlike Moe’s / Chick Fil A - no one greeted me. Matter of fact - the service ce I came back same day and actually stood in service advisor area and unlike Moe’s / Chick Fil A - no one greeted me. Matter of fact - the service center manager saw me standing there unattended (made eye contact - I’ll have to assume he believed I was being helped) and the GM passed by me twice as well. As three of your advisors were eating lunch at their kiosk they weren’t real motivated to stop and ask me if I needed help. So I stood on the rug for nearly 12 mins before an advisor asked me if I’d been helped. I explained the issue and he then promptly took my car back. About that time Mark came in from his lunch and he immediately responded to my situation and assisted the technician to get my vehicle fixed and get back out and on the road. All that said, I really appreciate the consideration given by Mark and I’m not upset about the issue experienced following the service. Being looked at, not looked at and standing for 12 minutes after having been there most of the day while waiting on my service the day before was disappointing. The follow up call from your customer service team was a nice touch as well. More

My vehicle was finally fixed after two months of sitting at this dealership. Our advisor chose not to communicate the status of my vehicle at times. Did not respond to voicemail or text at times. Dropped my at this dealership. Our advisor chose not to communicate the status of my vehicle at times. Did not respond to voicemail or text at times. Dropped my car off to be fixed on March 31 and did not receive it until May 26. I physically had to walk in the dealership to find him and find out what was going on with my vehicle. This was a whole journey to get the vehicle fixed I am just happy it’s over with. More
