I went there because I received a notice about the recall. They said they would notify me when the part arrives. A monthly or two went by I never heard from them. I called to check the status they said the part comes in every week. I Went in at the appointed time they gave me to have the part installed. They said it would take 1.5-2 hours. It took 3 hours. They Stated they had an influx of cars which made no sense I had an appointment I wasn’t a walk-in. Overall they just never seem to care when you go there. More
