Had my brakes done and rotors resurfaced last month. Something was clearly not right so brought it back and they told me that due to me washing my car, there was build up on the rotors and i would need Something was clearly not right so brought it back and they told me that due to me washing my car, there was build up on the rotors and i would need to pay for it. No way washing my car once a week for a month would require and other resurfacing job. They offered to pay for only half. Horrible. More

My sales experience with KUA was wonderful but the sales department needs a lot of work. The last 2 times dealing with them have been horrible. This last time even worse. I dropped my car off on Wednesday night for a 730 a.m. appointment. They did it would take 3 hours to change the oil and replace the backing of my seat. This is a 2024 KIA XPRO. Not a cheap car! I called at 2 and was told I needed to reorder the part and bring the car back when the part arrived. This agony was set aweek prior, the part was in so what was the problem? When I refused I was told the car would be ready by 5... another 3 hours! I needed my car then. I asked for the manager. Phillip. He couldn't care less about the poor service. I webbed hanging up on him. My car was ready within the hour... but how is that? Did they not change the oil? Did they sort cut something? How can I trust the job was done right? I picked up my cat to a smirking Kim & no apology at all. Well... My son was buying a car (KIA K5) and he totally backed out. Done with Jim Ellis. My car cost $48,000+...I buy a new car every 4 years... Love my KIA but I won't buy another one. Especially From Kennesaw Jim Ellis More
