Repair I scheduled an appointment to repair my back door handle that fell off (the other side fell off 11/18 and still not recall). Came home, found the handle, ordered 2 parts totaling $17 with shipping, pulled up a video on youtube and repaired it myself. Still had to pay $89 (over $100 after taxes and labor cost to look at it). Now back to Diana, she is awesome and always happy. She is my favorite service person to work with.
