Came home, found the handle, ordered 2 parts totaling $17 with shipping, pulled up a video on youtube and repaired it myself. Still had to pay $89 (over $100 after taxes and labor cost to look at it). Now back to Diana, she is awesome and always happy. She is my favorite service person to work with. She addresses you super quick and is always friendly. More
Fast service before I needed to go out of town I contacted Lavar when the engine light came on, he returned my call promptly and advised me how to get the vehicle to him for service the next day. He helped get my vehicle repair done timely so I was still on track for my trip. He provided details on getting a tow as well as getting a ride to the service center the next day. I was pleased he was so responsive and got the issue taken care of so quickly. Lavar works hard to make sure the customer is happy. He listens and makes it happen. Thank you Lavar! Work was done on time. I was even offered a ride to go shopping. The only thing is that the price is outrageous. I was told I needed about 7 different services done, was only able to get 3 done. I highly recommend Jim Ellis Kia on Barrett pkwy. I took my car in for the 90,000 service. Maintenance was quick and efficient. Dealership also provided Lyft to take me home and then pick me up to take me b my car in for the 90,000 service. Maintenance was quick and efficient.
