She told me her name and sure enough I went back home to talk it over with my son and came back and of course because Armani took the time and initiative to show me the vehicle I knew she was the right sales person to ask for. Luckily she was there and working with her she brought Michael in and she sold us a 2025 KIA Sportage. Armani and Michael were both smart, ambitious and nice. In my opinion they're both great assets to the Jim Ellis KIA Family. More
I called about a broken dip stick that was discovered after taking my car for a recall inspection of the piston ring. Gallery that I bring the car in a soon as possible. Instead of pushing blame he changed the oil and sold me a new dip stick . I found the entire experience wonderful and their concern for me was over the top More

My less than 2 yr old battery died. I called to see if under warranty. They said yes. I took it in. They said it was not under warranty and would be 300 to 500 to replace. They held my I called to see if under warranty. They said yes. I took it in. They said it was not under warranty and would be 300 to 500 to replace. They held my car for 21 hours and did not change the battery and asked to keep it 2 more days. They claimed they couldn't work on it because it wouldn't start. Which is why I brought it in. I asked them to jump it and I took it elsewhere and got a new battery in less than 15 minutes. They called me 2 days later to say it was under warranty but only if I bought a new one from them. More

After an oil change they left a cap losses on the top of the battery that luckily I found before it fell and got lost. I’ve had issues with the Jim Ellis Kia warranty package I purchase as well. Everytime I took my car in to touch on the leather seats they just painted it and that paint with time starts to flake off and looks horrible on the seats and they haven’t done anything to fix it father it’s states that if they can’t fix it they would replace the seats. After a multipoint inspection i had a low fluid and that was not notified to me either. More
