It's impossible to ever get ahold of anyone at the dealership. The phone system hangs up on you after ringing for awhile. The only people that ever pick up are the sales people because they want to se dealership. The phone system hangs up on you after ringing for awhile. It's a huge pain when it comes to simple questions needing to be asked. The service department lady who helped me this last time I was in was very friendly so I will give you that. Billing was very DECEPTIVE. The invoice is created to hide and confuse the customer so dealership easily sneak extra charges. I was told rotation is free & comes with oil change. Then I got charged $45. Don't say it's free then charge. This is not right, the economy is hard. I got charged the usual Labor & parts. Then they added extra Misc charge of $55 to already high bill. No one could explain what Misc charge means after parts & Labor. Making an extra $100 padded to the bill. I feel exploited. Bill came up to over $250. I will ensure to NEVER go to the dealership for oil change. Help me get the excess $100 back? I need my money back Sorento 17 More
