Great service and friendly staff. Kim was excellent. The only negative was that the wait was 2 1/2 hours for the service to be done. So plan to be there a while if and friendly staff. Great service and prompt repair I called Jim Ellis Kia to report check engine light on my Kia Sorrento. I was given an appt. the next morning. The staff was friendly and got started I called Jim Ellis Kia to report check engine light on my Kia Sorrento. I was given an appt. the next morning.
