Long wait, poor communication I was SO excited to see there was a new owner at this dealership with high hopes that the service department would have improved. I was so disappointe I was SO excited to see there was a new owner at this dealership with high hopes that the service department would have improved. I was so disappointed when I sat and waited exactly 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. No one even came and checked on me until they were 1.5 hours into the service. I am so upset that this exorbanat wait time was not comminuted to me and I was not apologized to for the inconvenience. More

They repeatedly reported I would be receiving a new engine, which they said was why they couldn't provide an ETA since the motors were on back order. When I picked up the vehicle I spotted on the invoice the engine was in fact refurbished. The service person assigned to my repair was surprised when I pointed this out to them. Three days after picking up the car I had 4 tires installed elsewhere and they reported bolts loose and some missing from the engine. Obviously this was very concerning, it also shows Kia missed the opportunity to sell a full set of tires. I was also surprised that I was never approached from Kia sales to consider purchasing a new car. More
