My less than 2 yr old battery died. I called to see if under warranty. They said yes. I took it in. They said it was not under warranty and would be 300 to 500 to replace. They held my car for 21 hours and did not change the battery and asked to keep it 2 more days. They claimed they couldn't work on it because it wouldn't start. Which is why I brought it in. I asked them to jump it and I took it elsewhere and got a new battery in less than 15 minutes. They called me 2 days later to say it was under warranty but only if I bought a new one from them. More

Instead of pushing blame he changed the oil and sold me a new dip stick . I found the entire experience wonderful and their concern for me was over the top More

He explained to me about the engine type and how the power is distributed and a possible reason for the lag feeling. Chris also checked up on me while I waited, and he explained all work prior to me approving it. I would like for him to assist me this week when I bring my car in for service if possible. Everytime I took my car in to touch on the leather seats they just painted it and that paint with time starts to flake off and looks horrible on the seats and they haven’t done anything to fix it father it’s states that if they can’t fix it they would replace the seats. After a multipoint inspection i had a low fluid and that was not notified to me either. More
