It took 2 weeks to get a service appointment to have my air conditioning diagnosed. The day I dropped off my car was the first day of the CDK Global software hack. However they never did the oil change I requested, never called me with the AC diagnostic results, which were still not done over a week after the software was restored. When I called to try and get the diagnosis my calls and my husband's calls were disconnected. When I finally got through to them they said it would be and ADDITIONAL week and a half to have the car fixed. My car was there for over a month and nothing was done. More
