Another dealership said they would need 7 days minimum to fix a recall. Even with an appointment. I relayed that information to Jim Ellis. They laughed. I went in 36 hours later. Chris in services was the only positive thing about this experience and was the only proactive and helpful person I’ve ever worked with at a KIA dealership. I was told when sold this car lease my 1st oil ch experience and was the only proactive and helpful person I’ve ever worked with at a KIA dealership. I was told when sold this car lease my 1st oil change was free however the sales person conveniently didn’t physically write this in the lease when selling me the car. Although he said it over and over and over. I only found this out after waiting for the sales people to come in Saturday morning to ask them. To which the salesman told me it’s not in the paperwork and the guy who sold you the car isn’t with us. Mind you the sales person who was attempting to explain this to me was still eating and had an AirPod in. I was really at a loss of words for the unprofessionalism. Not to mention at ANY other dealership in this situation the salesman would’ve at least given me the oil change for free for the dishonesty on YOUR end. Not to mention another salesman saying I should just buy a new car instead of waiting because it’d be faster not once but twice. Needless to say I won’t be buying a KIA again or recommending it anyone else. More
