I was highly impressed with the oil change service received at Jim Ellisa Kia of Kennesaw. The entire process was extremely smooth from scheduling to dropping off my vehicle all the way to picking it received at Jim Ellisa Kia of Kennesaw. The entire process was extremely smooth from scheduling to dropping off my vehicle all the way to picking it up. Everyone was extremely friendly and the waiting room was very nice. The oil change took less than an hour and I love that because time is our most valuable resource. I love how they sent me a text to let me know the status of my vehicle and that they were wrapping up. My service agent Norris Burns was the epitome of customer service. The only feedback I would provide is at the point of scheduling, the scheduler should have known that I had purchased the one year service maintenance plan rather than trying to sell me a discount that was currently being offered. More

I went in to get a diagnostic for my car.
