Terrible communication. Made and received confirmation of service for April 12, only to be told they couldn’t service the vehicle for another 5 business days. The phone vmx system didn’t deliver any of the dozens of messages I left. The service department wouldn’t give me the extension number for my assigned representative forcing me to use the cumbersome auto attendant and spell by name directory. I transported my vehicle via tow truck 20 miles because they made the early appointment then took longer to complete than the closer dealerships that were honest about the time. More

Everyone was so nice and super helpful with my busy 1 year old son I felt so welcomed and like everyone already knew me idc how far I have to drive Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw has gained a new customer thank you all for your help patience and great customer service I haven’t felt that in along time in a dealership! I had a bad past experience but this interaction was quality- love the texting updates and appreciated the quick diagnosis.
