The customer service leaves very little to be desired. Checking out was a process because the cashier and her manager decided to have an entire scheduling conversation while she was helping me. I shouldn't know that her Saturdays are on different pay periods. Or that the other girl is starting a new job on Saturday so she's unable to work. Also when picking up your car, maybe have a tech available to answer any questions the car owner may have. Especially when the car is under a class action lawsuit. Speaking of, I was looking into selling or trading my car in but no one in sales even looked my way. And the person who brought my car out to me was neither a salesman or a tech so he couldn't help in any way. More
