I come there often. My service advisor has been Phil. He is very nice, professional, and helpful. It’s the actual service department that fixes your car that I don’t lik My service advisor has been Phil. He is very nice, professional, and helpful. It’s the actual service department that fixes your car that I don’t like. They left a part hanging off my vehicle and said it would be $2k estimated to fix. I went to another Kia dealership and they fixed the issue for $380. Big difference. Phil is phenomenal but the mechanics need to do better. It’s like yall create problems for customers to keep spending money. That’s exactly how businesses go out of business in this economy. More
