I can't recommend Jim Ellis Maserati enough! I had the pleasure of dealing with Sales Manager, Ken. He is an amazing guy to do business with. If you are in the market for a new Maserati/Alfa Rom I had the pleasure of dealing with Sales Manager, Ken. He is an amazing guy to do business with. Customer service was great! Unfortunately, i was sold a lemon! I’ve spent more money on repairs than anything else. Then all of a sudden my sunroof stopped working, my breaks begun to squeal and my tires needed replacing. All within one month of me purchasing my vehicle! More

Wow! Buying a car couldn’t be any easier! Raychel (at my direction) had me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour with a CPO car selected and d Buying a car couldn’t be any easier! Raychel (at my direction) had me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour with a CPO car selected and deposit. I came by the next morning and in 40 minutes traded in my 2016 QP and drove home in my 2020 Ghibli. Raychel is amazing! Knocked it out of the park with customer service. She sets the bar high going forward. Much better service than what I’ve had at Porsche, Lexus, BMW, Audi and Mercedes ATL dealerships. She is a winner! More
