I drive an hour to get to Jim Ellis to have my car serviced because I expect Mazda people to care for my car properly even though I am sure I could get my car serviced closer to home and at a lower co serviced because I expect Mazda people to care for my car properly even though I am sure I could get my car serviced closer to home and at a lower cost. I was not happy with the service, I felt the sales person was all about his sales.he told me I need tires for the front, and the things I told him to repair oil leak,replace belt and the axecel because I can was all about his sales.he told me I need tires for the front, and the things I told him to repair oil leak,replace belt and the axecel because I can not afford it. They could not dot the axecel so the sales person put tires on the car without asking me. More

Each time service has been very good, excellent waiting area with tv,wifi and drinks. Last time they were have an awards luncheon and people waiting were offered opportunity to enjoy the food area with tv,wifi and drinks.
