Several hundred miles later it started working, but I decided to have it checked out, since I was just beginning my trip. The people could not have been more gracious or helpful. Everyone I came in contact with was kind, polite and respectful. The problem was solved, my car was washed and vacuumed. That was definitely a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Jim Ellis Mazda to anyone. I just wish I lived anywhere near here so I could always use them, but over 600 miles is to far to come. More
Never again They didn’t tell me to bring specific paper work for a car loaner so I wasn’t able to get a loaner. Heard service tell a worker that a lady called about a check light that was solved by her son tightening the gas cap. Last time I was in I had to come back because they didn’t reset my warning ?? due to service guy hurting his back. So next guy didn’t know how & that’s who worked on my car. Our salesman was condescending to me not my husband when we bought the car. This car was for me. That’s 3 strikes disrespectful salesman warning light visit & loaner car papers. The service man Eddie was as nice as he could be but the lady at the desk was curt & unfriendly. This was for a recall and you hung up on me waiting on hold the first time I tried to request service for this recall. I went to a different dealer that day & was treated with respect. More

New shift switch and general service I came in for my regular oil change/tire rotation service but also needed someone to check my car. It wasn’t sensing when the car was in “park” and th I came in for my regular oil change/tire rotation service but also needed someone to check my car. It wasn’t sensing when the car was in “park” and therefore, wouldn’t switch off. I had to put it in reverse, back up a little, put it in drive and pull forward, then put it back into park. One day, I did this FIVE TIMES before I could turn off the car! Took it to JEM and Doug Aldridge knew what was wrong. They gave a loaner car to me and they fixed my car right up. Not a cheap fix, but I’m happy to be driving my car again! More

I was immediately informed, was given open and honest choices and was COMPLETELY satisfied with the results. The entire service team is wonderful. I couldn't image a better, more qualified, professional than Eddie who consulted on the repairs needed. I immediately felt the effects of the technicians awesome work when I drove my car.
