$72 oil change My daughter had a scheduled appointment for a routine oil change. It took over an hour to complete and then they charged her $72. Last time I use the dealer for anything other than mandatory service to keep the warranty valid. You would think they would treat customers who purchased the car from them better. More

Flat tire I have been coming to Jim Ellis for service for four years now. I have always really enjoyed coming there and have felt taken care of by the technicia I have been coming to Jim Ellis for service for four years now. I have always really enjoyed coming there and have felt taken care of by the technicians but yesterday I had a very poor experience. I found a nail in my tire that was causing a leak. When I first called to make an appointment I was told that I would have to wait until the next week. My tires are under warranty there so I called again and was able to get an appointment that day. Once I arrived it took 2.5 hours to replace my tire and I was not told that my tire had been replaced and was no longer under warranty until the end of the visit. I was not told under after the work had been done that I would be paying $180 for a new tire. More

Outstanding Service No appointment, no problem! Jim Ellis Service Department (Doug) accepted the challenge and repaired my CX-5 in just over an hour. Washed and vacuume No appointment, no problem! Jim Ellis Service Department (Doug) accepted the challenge and repaired my CX-5 in just over an hour. Washed and vacuumed my vehicle as well. Mazda offered to have them redone by a local wheel/rim.company. the color is a bright silver now, not my favorite. But Mazda is looking into obtaining dark grey ones, like the original ones.
