We purchased the car at this dealer because they did not have a market adjustment by then. We had a great connection with the manager, Lacy, because she was our first connection to get a new vehicle without market adjustment. The last car I traded in was a Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro 2023 for a new Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. The Toyota Tacoma TRD pro appraisal was below the market; they did not negotiate even though the Toyota Tacoma had Toyota accessories installed at the Toyota dealer, telling me lies about how to accept trade-in without accessories because they cannot certify the truck based on Mallory conversation (sales representative). Then, they sold it by lying to me and taking advantage of the extra accessories I could not take away. I accepted the lousy appraisal because I was looking for a truck with some of the Toyota Tundra Trd xxxxxxfeatures. We fully paid for the new truck before test-driving it or seeing it in person because we trusted the dealer manager (Lacy). Lacy and Mallory sent a driver from the dealer to fill out the paperwork and drive the Toyota Tacoma back. Unfortunately, the driver told us to sign the title of the Tacoma in the incorrect space because the dealer or the manager needed to explain the correct way to sign them. Also, by mistake, running to leave the truck ready for the dealer driver, I left the garage door opener in Tacoma. I called the sales representatives Mallory and Lacy about it, and they said they would take care of it. Lacy called to send it by mail (She did not take of it or send it). They missed the garage door opener and did not say anything, even after I emailed asking for it, and the manager has yet to respond. After we signed the papers, the sales representative Mallory called us and sent a message to re-signed the Tacoma title again because of the mistake of the driver without any apology. I sent our availability to the sales representative Mallory twice, and she did not plan anything. The third time, she sent a message threatening me to keep my new truck title (Tundra) until we re-sign and resolve their mistake. When I opened the mailbox, the first envelope I got was the Toyota Tundra title (another lie for no reason). I responded to her threatening message, and they called my spouse complaining and victimizing their mistakes, blaming me because I told them they made many mistakes. Also, my new Tundra came with one key set instead of two. Thanks to this situation, when I called Toyota corporate to report this disrespectful, mistreated, and threatening issue, the corporate representative saw they issued the second key set, which I did not receive since I told them the missed second key fob I got the Tundra. They said corporate will send the second one. This finding means I will only receive the second key fob if I open this complaint when the corporate representative sees they issued the second key fob that I never got (still pending the second key set or key fob). They never apologized and just sent a text message telling me to resign it, like I do not care if you are an excellent or loyal customer; you are just another number for us. This experience is one of the most horrible experiences of buying a truck from this dealer, where Toyota's loyal customers are mistreated because of their mistakes. I will never buy a Toyota from that dealer again. Please, customer, avoid as much as you can. I hope Toyota corporate does something because they will read this message and send a general message without any resolution. More
