I was told to make an appointment but when I got there I was told that it’ll take 3 hours to have my car seen. What’s the point of an appointment if you aren’t going to be seen at that time? Last time I cam was told that it’ll take 3 hours to have my car seen. What’s the point of an appointment if you aren’t going to be seen at that time? Last time I came, the service was fast but the service advisor said they gave me a complimentary car wash. They didn’t and I don’t care that it wasn’t. I just don’t see the point of them saying something was done and it wasn’t. More

Went up there to have some bolts or clips put back on my front end from them not being put back on after an oil change and they put zip ties instead of clips or bolts.
